This academy is was one of the greatest things ive done because it teachs things that you wouldnt expect and the basics.Also its to meet new people and really who wouldnt like to meet the oh mighty killer toast?

Wow thank you for accepting me. And also, contrary to lots of peoples beliefs, some people (Like myself) didnt register to either, make tons of money, or become godly runners. Those are bonuses, I personally applied so i could meet some very well known people in the game and have fun in an active guild. If i do get rich and become godly that is just a bonus.

fyi last week I had a guy SOLO me and five others through thirsty river with no help from anyone... we stayed back while he killed everything... and not one priest got a rez on.. even the monk boss...
cost me 3k
so its very possible to do it without henchies..

the details I could see ..

was an axe war w a str req shield monk secondary

I can solo thirsty also but it take like 40-1 hour which is a pain :/

Yes, i think if most capable W/Mo's tried to solo thirsty they would make it, but i had elita do it, and she had minimal help, couldnt have taken more than 10 minutes.

Ok, I've started gathering some of the items listed. I just have one question about the enchant shield: Does it need to be -2 while enchanted AND +XX health while enchanted? Or would a shield like Thorgall's Shield (-2 while enchanted) suffice?

The items listed on the first thread is recommended items to
be a better successful runner. Thorgall's is a option, but I would choose the collector shield outside The Wilds (12 armor: +45 health/-2 while enchanted) for the benefit of the extra 45 health, even for the loss of 4 armor compare to thoralls.

OK I got an In Game message asking for a run based on my running service. It was a run to Ember Light Camp and I told the person that I couldn't run the mission required to get you there. So I told them about LBSR and they were interested in getting a run. Anways I told them about LBS herself and Orchid. I said I would post their IGN - Aura Of The Gods - and that I'm sure someone that could do the run would message them. So whoever sees this first can get the run and they said gold wasn't an issue. Hope this is helps.
